 | Things are quiet at work today ~ boss is out of town. | This time around something is different and I think I might have figured it out. Cheese...or the lack there of. Remembering how I ate the last time I did LC, I remember lots of cheese. Not so this time. I am eating far more veggies than I have in the past. And not snacking has helped. The more I poundered this I realized that I am not focusing on one food type. | That is what I call myself ~ fluffy.  Life is good ~ very good indeed. Blessings abound everyday and I am humbled by the way my God loves me.
